Format: While your company may want headshots in a certain format, and we do these often, it may not be the best headshot for your personal brand.

• For example, a lot of headshots are from the chest or waist up, and in vertical format, but this limits what people can see about your face that makes you highly lookable.
• So get your professional headshot for work, but also have other ones for your personal brand that features approachability, confidence and trustworthiness that you can use on your personal website and social media.

– We can accommodate any number of people in almost any time frame. Six people or six-thousand, our staff specializes in getting every single person a headshot they will love.

At the end of the session, we'll sit down together, grab a coffee or water, and go through the images. Your final images are chosen individually at the end of the session.

I don't want you to pay for more than you need, and every person has different needs, not packaging images together makes sure you're not over committing or under committing in terms of how many images you require from the session. You can simply decide on the day.

Hair and Makeup ................................................$100-200
To help everyone look their best, we can provide an on-site hair and makeup station so that everyone who gets a headshot has the option of a quick touch up before they get in front of the camera. Rate subject to change.

Other times by Appointment: We understand busy commuters and schedules, and will work with you as best we can. Especially transit riders and busy commuters - early mornings and late afternoon/evenings. We will even hold your clothes (looks) for a late afternoon/evening/week-end session. Personal Branding Creative Session

Sometimes you need more than a headshot. Personal branding sessions are a great option for creating a series of dynamic images to market your brand. Includes unlimited looks and a design and wardrobe consultation.

Additional Person ................................................ $300
Do you have business partners? You can include them in a personal branding session for an additional fee.

Group Headshot Creative Sessions

We work with single or multiple site organizations, including individual departments or the whole company, the Executive Management Team, the Board of Directors, or the entire Staff. Similar for Colleges and Universities. Also individual portraits and group portraits.

5-9 people ......................................$383/person
Recommended that you set aside one to two hours for shooting time. Available in our studio or on location at your office.

Composite Images

Can't get your team all in one place? We can do this with composite images. Perfect for far-flung and busy teams.

This is where we take individual portraits of participants, edit them, assemble them onto a background image, and produce a final composite.

The advantages are many:

• Getting the absolute best image of each person in the photo as we shoot each person individually.
• Non-stagnant group posing
• Affordable new image when people leave or are added to the photo. As people come and go you can add the individuals in (or out) and not re-shoot the whole group.

First: Creating the image of each participant in the composite to fit the scene. This is often a full length portrait, or a half upper torso image. Each one is created individually. Great for when all your staff cannot be in one place, yet you want a group image. Each image will need to be retouched as a select. $100 per image.

2. Create the composite image background in which to place the individual participant images. The final select image will need to be retouched as a select. $100 per image. This cost is variable depending on what background you choose.

Group Images

This is for a group gathered together to make a photo. A professional image takes selecting a spot, setting up for good lighting, staging and organizing the subjects for interest and lookability, then shooting a range of images and poses. Finally for the photographer to tear down and exit the area.

I remember those shots with a large group on tiered stadium seats and the photographer on a Hi-Lift crane looking down. These have more meaning to the participants, who must look at the faces with a magnifying glass, than the potential clients or customers, whose passing thought is, "Yeah, there are a lot of them." This has power when the message is, "No matter what, we have people who can help you."

Large groups may require equipment to get the photographer high enough, or shoot in a stairwell or out-over a balcony. One thing for sure, my efforts will revolve around coaching for genuine expressions that help your business.

Even professional sports team shots take similar effort. Here the goal is to intimidate and repel all comers; that is the exact opposite for a business development image.

Each situation is different, I suggest we start on budgeting a half a day for the shoot. There are two ends of the spectrum.

- Show a large group of people resources that can do whatever is needed. Here the faces will be small and not connect with the viewer.

- Focus on good expressions that invite and connect with the viewer. For this we limit to around 8-10 people so the faces are big enough to make a difference. This is especially true when viewed on a cell phone.
