Documentary Photography Coverage

My style is very candid, photo journalistic, documentary and storytelling, creating imagery that nets commercially useful images in highlighting your event to help promote your next one. The underlying theme in corporate event photography coverage, often includes these four areas:

  • VIP Shot list
  • Presenters (awards presentation, speakers, programs)
  • Attendees (audience, participants, conventioneers)
  • Environment (room pull-back shots, venue, ambiance)
  • Details (close up of decorations, table settings, logo’d signage, etc.).

The goal is to document those five segments so well, that when combined, will provide the viewer/client with a complete picture of not only what took place, but provide them with images that will be used to promote next year’s event.


Banquet Slideshows

If you’re planning a slideshow of images to be shown to background music during the banquet dinner hour on the last evening of the event, or maybe as an upbeat opener prior to the morning speaker on the last morning of the event, ask for details on how we can assist. Having the person who actually created the images handle the selection and creation of the slideshow is a great way to reward your attendees with the memories created during the event, not to mention alleviating the responsibility from the shoulders of an already overworked staffer who has more important things to do!


Event Imagery

Events can contain a wide variety of key images. We do "fly on the wall," un-posed images, to stop & pose portraits, informal meeting headshots, or more formal executive headshot sessions. We make blended group shots or bright backgrounds with the focus on the individuals, or their interactions in a meeting-type activity. The subjects can be directed to act as if they are in a meeting, or action grab shots with natural moments, smiles and expressions, or listening to a speaker or presenter, or doing the presentation from a podium or an active workshop environment. 


And of course we can set up a photo booth for portraits with teams and special guests, or a headshot booth for all participants. And for some meetings, with rare gathering of executive leaders, we often create special scenes, and/or high-level headshot and portrait sessions. And then we create the large group shots for teams and staff gatherings.


After decades of children and action sports photography, we are expert at capturing natural, candid moments as they occur, or work a critical person, VIP shot list. If you want all of these, we can develop a shot list and create the images for you. Event Photography Pricing

Event photography pricing is based on consecutive hours of photographic coverage. We have the ability to cover events of any size, just tell us what your needs are. In addition to the photography, we offer some exciting upgrades that make it easy to market your event on social media. Check out what we have available and let us know what your needs are.

Event Photography Coverage.............................$160/hr
Event coverage includes one professional event photographer providing coverage. Minimum of four hours. Book your session now.

Additional Photographer......................................$120/hr
If the event requires more than one photographer to cover it, a second photographer can be added to make sure everything is documented.

Daily Image Highlights........................................$250/day
Our team will sort and deliver the "best of the best" images up to three times a day during the event. This will enable your team to post up to date images on your social media channels.

Gallery Hosting.........................................$500/3 months
If you want your attendees to be able to view and download images from your event afterward, we can host a gallery of images that enables them to do just that. We can even brand the gallery with your logo or that of a sponsoring partner.

Rush Image Delivery.............................................$250/day
Our team can sort and deliver all of the images captured at your event and deliver them to you at the end of each day.
